How do I place an order?
You can submit an enquiry list from our website to give us an indication of the products in which you are interested. We will contact you shortly thereafter to confirm your requirements and to assist you with placing your order. Alternatively, please contact us telephonically or by email. How must my artwork be formatted and submitted?
Please mail your logo to us in a jpg or Coral Draw format along with the pantone colours. Alternatively, please supply us with your original physical logo.
How long in advance before the required delivery date must I place my order?
For local orders that require printing, please allow about 2-3 weeks from confirmation and receipt of artwork.
Bigger orders coming from overseas take about 4-8 weeks by air and about 8-12 weeks by sea.
Are your products of a good quality?
Yes. All our watches carry a 2-year guarantee and have Citizen Miyota movements, thereby ensuring good quality.
How do I search for a product?
